Terms of Service

1. The Service

Duefront helps teams track readiness for externally forced technical change — vendor API sunsets, migrations, and credential rotations. It maintains an inventory of monitored surfaces, routes owners, tracks readiness status, and generates readiness evidence.

Readiness information, scans, and evidence packets are informational readiness snapshots. They are not legal, compliance, or certification advice, and they do not guarantee that a migration will succeed or that an outage will not occur.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is available via email and password or Google. You may delete your account at any time; organization owners control organization data.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions, priced per monitored surface, through our payment processor Stripe. We do not charge per deadline, per migration, or per evidence packet.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service other than through any published responsible-disclosure channel;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering without our written consent;
• upload content you have no right to share, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you import or create in the Service (inventories, owner directories, readiness records, evidence). You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service — storing, processing, and displaying that data to your organization.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service references third-party platforms and their published deprecation or migration information (for example Zapier, OpenAI, and Atlassian). Duefront is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vendors. Vendor timelines can change; always confirm critical dates against the vendor's own notices.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duefront's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will give notice (for example by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
